This site refers to the CAPRI extended protocol for scorers, as was discussed during the second CAPRI evaluation meeting in Gaeta, Italy.

If you are not registered to the latest CAPRI experiment, please do it first from the CAPRI registration page at the EBI.

Only registered predictors can upload, only registered scorers can submit.
